The Basics
About lineage
Flyin Out Loud has impressive bloodlines, with both of her parents being Grade One horses. Her sire, Cryin Out Loud, had the advantage of being dual surfaced and was an accomplished front runner in sprints. Her dam, Flying Loose, was highly accomplished on the turf. She ran longer distances in a preceding position. Flying Loose is the dam of HOF Simply A Flyer which shows her quality as a dam.
Lynn appears to take after her father in distance and leg preferences however, like her mother, prefers a turf track. She is the half sister of another filly in the prospect shows this year, Sophie's Voice.

Personality
Lynn is a confident filly who knows her own beauty. She is self-centered, and doesn’t really care for others which causes her to be difficult to bond with as she just has no will to do so. She is a power show off, and loves to flaunt her beauty and power at every given opportunity. As such, when she is in the pasture you can almost guarantee she will be making a show of herself and generally enjoying any attention she can get. Lynn is highly competitive. She loves to be the center of attention and has learnt that she is more likely to be fussed over if she performs well on the track. As such, you can guarantee she will give her all in a race. However, this competitive nature extends beyond the track – she seems to think everything is a competition and will become moody if she is not given the challenge that she has learnt to crave. In general, Lynn is a highly strung horse. It is very much her way or no way, and if you deny her she will become aggressive. On top of this, she sees every other horse as competition and this shows in her behavior in the parade ring.
This highly energetic filly is very highly strung, which can make her a nightmare to handle from the ground at the racecourse, where she is surrounded by other horses and therefore competition. She will mess about, and try to escape from them before a race. Having followed a rigorous gate training program Lynn, who originally despised the gate and seemed to believe it was a monster of some type, has become more used to the contraption and no longer freaks out about entering the contraption. She is not entirely happy with it, but she remains calm enough to keep her head while waiting for the gates to open. Once the gates open she breaks quickly, often being the first out of the gate and setting a high pace. She likes to be at the front, and will fight for first pace, however has the stamina to maintain a high pace throughout sprints. However, it is not until the straight that the filly's true power shows.
In the final stretch, Lynn will give her all. As a dominant and competitive filly she will throw even more speed into the final few furlongs and she will fight for the post in every stride. She does not like to give an inch and she won't back down for anybody.
